Those crazy shaped chairs usually end up being some of my favorite "makeover" projects. They tend to be a little more difficult to work with, but the results are worth the extra effort. The 80's had a thing for some very ugly velvet colors. Truth be told, those same colors are back with an updated style. Again, what's old is new again.
Primp in Historic McKinney is a salon and garden boutique. Having doubled in size this year, additional furniture was a must.
Jeny's vision of a" McKinney Style" with a modern twist has worked out beautifully. I have helped her by bringing her fabric visions to life. The old pieces of furniture are revitalized with punches of current color and style.
Having found my calling as a sewologist & design consultant many years ago, I am in a place where I want to share my passion for interior renewal. I create and recreate updated style with fabrics and hope to inspire others to do the same. I am fortunate enough to be doing what I love and want to share it, one home at a time.
